Tickets to this new wine release party include: 3 tastes of wine, 1 glass of wine, 20% off all bottle purchases that evening, and Chicken and Waffles dinner from Dirty Bird!
Chicken and Waffles is a delicious flavor combination of sweet & savory, along with rich, fatty textures. For all that complexity, it requires a wine that can balance those contrasting flavors while also cutting through the intensity of the dish. Sparkling wine is a perfect pairing, and we’re so excited to see how this dinner really showcases this delicious new release!
But we’re keeping this event pretty exclusive, with a very limited guest list – even smaller capacity than our Nouveau bottling nights!

Pickups for non-event presale orders will be available in the tasting room beginning Saturday June 15th, and include $1 off our official Firefly Mimosa (made from a blend of Strawberry Kiwi Juice & a splash of our sweet Riesling blend Snowbird, topped with Firefly) when you stay for a glass at pickup!
